2 x named users

With named users, multiple users can work in the system simultaneously. There are 2 named users included, with the option to expand with a maximum of one additional user.

Copy and Backup

With backup and duplication, you can quickly and easily replicate your events, which is very useful if you frequently host similar events.

Invoice module

The invoicing module helps you maintain a complete overview of payments. You can create and send invoices, set invoice numbering, tax rates, payment deadlines, and reminder fees.

For this service, you pay 1,75 € per sent invoice. You will have the option to purchase invoice packages.

SMS module

Send SMS messages to your participants and potential attendees, just as you can send emails. Use SMS for reminders, last-minute information, and as reminders.

For this service, you pay starting from 0,10 € per sent SMS. You will have the option to purchase SMS packages.

Card Payments (CMPM)

With card payment (CMPM), you can accept payments with: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA Electron, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal, MobilePay, as well as FI cards (Giro cards), bank transfers, and EAN.

For this service, you pay 1.6% of the invoiced amount, with a minimum of 0,99 €, plus the card company’s standard fee. Our fee is exclusive of VAT.

Data Protection Package

You will receive our essential Data Protection Package, which aligns with our ISO certification. This guarantees that your business adheres to current regulations and can provide documentation on the handling of your and your participants' data.

Unlimited support

You have access to the system 24 hours a day, and you receive free support via phone and email on all weekdays from 09:00 to 16:00. If you need assistance, advice, or simply want to discuss your event planning, our support team is available to assist you.

No commitment

With the SMB license, there is no commitment period.

If you do not wish to continue with your license, you must unsubscribe no later than three months before the subscription is renewed.
